Visit product page →These rustic pieces are made using a rough, traditional form of red terracotta clay that has been used for centuries. Made by a master potter whose family has been in the business for over 200 years, grit and small stones are normal within the clay, as is an uneven glazed surface. The pattern is made by the potter artfully dipping the piece into a slip glaze and coaxing drips down the side of the piece.
Care: Hand wash recommended. ** Prior to first use, all pieces should be washed by hand in hot soapy water, well rinsed and allowed to air dry. To maintain the integrity of the pieces (i.e. colour, glaze), dishwasher use is not recommended.
