Tile Trivet

Inspired by the traditional tiles of southern Spain and Portugal, the ALICATOS trivet combines geometric patterns, floral motifs and a relief finish that celebrates the Iberian decorative tradition. The combination of ceramic and cork blends decorative value with functionality, helping protect the table from the heat of dishes and hot containers. Made in Portugal, it is an original detail to complete the table with color and personality.

Sold outVisit product page →We think the graphic lines work beautifully on this simple, playful form of this pitcher, giving it a modern rustic feel. Each is hand painted by craftspeople at a family-owned local pottery and each is, as we love to say, 'perfectly imperfect'.
This pitcher will easily handle 2L (67oz) of, may we suggest, sangria or iced tea.
Care: Hand wash recommended. ** Prior to first use, all pieces should be washed by hand in hot soapy water, well rinsed and allowed to air dry. To maintain the integrity of the pieces (i.e. colour, glaze), dishwasher use is not recommended. Please note, this pitcher may initially feel damp on the base when filled. This is a perfectly natural process called sweating, and will lessen over time and use.

Please note, since these are handmade items we think of them as 'perfectly imperfect' and any mark in the glaze only adds to the charm of the piece.
