The ancestral tradition of know-how, perpetuated for generations. CAIXEIRO olive oil comes from the traditional varieties: Cobrançosa, Madural and Verdeal Transmontana . Made from whole and healthy olives, with adequate maturation, their transformation is done immediately through the extraction process at low temperatures.

Higher grade olive oil obtained directly from olives, solely by mechanical processes.

We are located in Trás-os-Montes in the parish of Santa Maria de Émeres, in the municipality of Valpaços, in a privileged geographical situation between Terra-frio and Terra-Quente between 550 and 750 meters, with perfect conditions for olive oil production, which is reflected in a natural quality and unique characteristics of our oils.
