Made by a pottery in the Alentejo area of Portugal, these terracotta bowls are prized for their hard-to-find black and white design and the fact that each is hand-thrown and hand-decorated.
Please note, since these are handmade items we think of them as 'perfectly imperfect' and any mark in the glaze only adds to the charm of the piece.
Care: Hand wash recommended. ** Prior to first use, all pieces should be washed by hand in hot soapy water, well rinsed and allowed to air dry. To maintain the integrity of the pieces (i.e. colour, glaze), dishwasher use is not recommended.
