Apple and Chestnut Jam is prepared according to an old recipe. Traditional methods of manufacture, coupled with scrupulous hygiene, are applied. Free from artificial colour and preservatives, produced only with fruit and sugar. It is produced from national apples and chestnut grown in Trás-os-Monste, in the north of Portugal.
Pumpkin Jam with Almonds is prepared according to an old recipe. Traditional methods of manufacture, coupled with scrupulous hygiene, are applied. Free from artificial colour and preservatives, produced only with fruit and sugar. It is produced from national Pumpkins and the addition of almonds of first quality gives this product unique characteristics.
Fig Jam is prepared according to an old recipe. Traditional methods of manufacture, coupled with scrupulous hygiene, are applied. Free from artificial colour and preservatives. Fig are grown in Cova da Beira, in the center of Portugal, where we have a unit of production of small fruits.
Tomato Jam is prepared according to an old recipe. Traditional methods of manufacture, coupled with scrupulous hygiene, are applied. Free from artificial colour and preservatives, produced only with fruit and sugar. It is produced from national Tomatoes.
Redcurrent Jam
This Redcurrant Jam is prepared according to an old recipe. Traditional methods of manufacture, coupled with scrupulous hygiene, are applied. Free from artificial colour and preservatives. Redcurrant are grown in Cova da Beira, in the center of Portugal, where we have a unit of production of small fruits.
Arbutusberry Jam
This jam is prepared according to a new récipe. Tradional methods of manufacture, coupled with a strict hygiene are applied. Free from artificial colour and preservatives.The fruits are picked up in the natural Serra da Malcata Mountains in the center of Portugal, where nature is still intact and admirable
Angel Hair Jam
This Jam is made out of national angel hair pumpkin, grown in the West of Portugal. Is produced only with natural products.
No doubt is the most dificult one to to produce, due to his own nature, that proves it’s delicacy. Produced according to traditionalmethods of manufacture, coupled with scrupulous hygiene.
