The graphic lines work beautifully on the simple form of this wheel-thrown plate, and each is hand painted by craftspeople at a family-owned local pottery. They are, as Casa Cubista loves to call them, perfectly imperfect - And they're all the better for it.
Use this plate just about anywhere that takes your fancy - salad, or perhaps a dessert, or even hung on a gallery wall.
Care: Hand wash recommended. ** All pieces must be washed in hot soapy water, well rinsed and air dried before first use.

Care: Hand wash recommended. ** Prior to first use, all pieces should be washed by hand in hot soapy water, well rinsed and allowed to air dry. To maintain the integrity of the pieces (i.e. colour, glaze), dishwasher use is not recommended.Please note, this pitcher may initially feel damp on the base when filled. This is a perfectly natural process called sweating, and will lessen over time and use.

Sized for a pinch of this or a dash of that, these are the kind of handy small bowls that are indispensable in a kitchen (let alone the fact they look lovely on the table, too).
Made by a pottery in the Alentejo area of Portugal, these bowls are prized for their high-contrast design and the fact that each is hand-thrown and hand-decorated.
