Lisboa is an artist's book where David Pintor expresses his fascination for the city, over about thirty drawings, which stand out for their freshness and ability not only to show different spaces in the capital - some more known in the world. that others - from surprising points of view; as to introduce imaginary elements, while simultaneously capturing the essence of the landscape and the Lisbon identity: the luminosity of the places, the cobbled streets, the color of the clotheslines and tiles, the cozy atmosphere of the squares, the sidewalks, the balconies and the gardens dotted with both domestic and monumental architecture ... The author thus makes us participants in a pleasant walk led by his alter-ego who travels by bicycle. Around him, and skillfully accommodated, symbolic elements, such as the electric or the sardines, appear in each corner. In a very peculiar way, the traces of this work are an invitation to see Lisbon with new eyes, to know the city, to remember it and to return to it.
